Southwestern Chopped Chicken Salad

I recently found this recipe from Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour and knew I had to try it! This is coming from a girl who doesn't believe in salads, so you know it's got to be good.  I was right! It was quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. The lettuce is just one part pf the salad, and isn't overpowering which is why I think I liked it so much.

SOUTHWESTERN CHOPPED CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
Salad:
2 cups shredded chicken
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can sweet corn
2 roma tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
2 avocados, diced
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
 Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
2/3 cups Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. ranch seasoning
1 tbsp. taco seasoning

1. Start by mixing the ingredients for the dressing together so the flavors can mix and ooze their deliciousness on each other while you are making the salad.
2. Take all the salad ingredients except the chips and mix 'em all together.  Hard, I know.
3. Pour all of the dressing into the salad and mix!
4. Last but not least, add the chips! I served the salad and then had everyone crush their chips themselves, since everyone wanted different amounts of crunchiness. This also helps if you want leftovers-the chips won't have gotten soggy!

The salad was so good, and we used the leftovers as dip for the leftover chips!
