Virtual Tailgate: 4 Ingredient, 5 minute Mexican dip!

MEXICAN DIP {easiest ever}
{puppy photobomb!}

Ingredients
·      1 brick of cream cheese
·      1 can of chili
·      1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
·      Jalapeños

Directions
Use a spoon to spread the cream cheese around the plate as a base.  Pour the can of chili on the cheese and spread evenly.  Repeat with the cheese.   Finally, place jalapeños on top and microwave for 3 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.

  3. Thanks for the recipe! I promised my husband I would start cooking more when we get into our new house (it's currently being built) - I've always used the excuse that our other rent house had a secluded kitchen and THAT'S why I never cooked....when in all reality, I just don't know how! haha. So I'm taking all the recipe's I can get now to start when our house is built - I'm your newest follower from the blog hop! It's gonna be pretty neat following a New Yorker (even if you want to move South) haha.

  12. I heard an American lady on the tv the other day trying to explain tailgaiting to the British viewers. From what I can gather it's like a car boot sale with an added picnic?! Tailgaiting in the UK is when you drive dangerously close to the driver in front to try and force them to speed up/get out of your way!
