As most of you know, my recipes all have the same theme.
Quick, easy, and delicious!
These cauliflower bites give the satisfaction of eating buffalo wings, but are so much more healthy!
There were even guy approved. :)
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of flour {substitute gluten-free for the GF version}
- 1 cup of hot sauce
- 1 tbs butter
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Chop cauliflower head into bite sized pieces
- Combine water and flour together until well mixed, and toss cauliflower through, making sure each piece is coated.
- Place cauliflower on a lightly greased baking sheet
- Bake for approx. 18 minutes, until cauliflower is lightly crispy
- While cauliflower is baking, melt the butter and mix with hot sauce
- After the 18 minutes are up, pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower, and toss to make sure it is completely coated
- Return to oven for another 5-8 minutes, or until crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
