Yes, I'm the girl who cries every single time a girl finds The Dress on SYTTD.
When I see an old couple holding hands?
I have every single little card that came with flowers Dom has sent me.
Just hearing the word Australia flips my stomach. In a good way.
I get emotionally attached to inanimate objects.
And when something actually sad happens? Waterworks.
Don't even get me started on all those soldier Superbowl commercials.
I'm even a little misty realizing this is my 200th post.
So, it was not surprising to anyone when I watched this video and was moved to tears.
This man is so inspiring, and if you ever need a nudge to start changing your life, this is it.
What would you do if you knew you could make the impossible happen?

Oh man, I see a soldier in uniform - cue the tears! We saw that man on tv!! Such an inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteJust got the chills!! Ahhh! Crazyness!
ReplyDeleteI'm the exact same way! I think it just means we have a big heart :) I saw that video a few days ago and I cried too, so inspiring! I don't even know the man and I felt so proud of him and for him. Don't even get me started on my patients when they make improvements! :)
ReplyDeleteGirl I can completelyyyy relate!! I was actually on an episode of SYTTD: Bridesmaids and even though it was a lot of acting, I bawled when we found our bridesmaid dresses haha.
ReplyDeleteAnd those old couples holding hands? Yeah- cue waterfall.
Girl, I am seriously the exact same way. I cry at the drop of a hat, and frequently don't even know why. I am sooo over-emotional. Well come to find out - my mom just told me about three weeks ago, that I have a hormonal-imbalance! Apparently she's known since I was about 10, and just assumed I knew too. But I had no idea! I think she never told me because I was so young, and then forgot to when I got older. Now that I know that though, I've been blaming *everything* and it's brother on it, just for fun :)
ReplyDeleteAhhhh I cried when I first saw that too, I'm not going to watch it again because I'm at work and I might start crying again!
ReplyDeleteI am right there with ya! Watching videos of soldiers returning home always gets me! my most recent waterworks was from watching this video! http://storycorps.org/animation/danny-and-annie/
ReplyDeleteI'm a big crier. I cry over EVERYTHING and I think Jared is seriously concerned sometimes. Biggest Loser? Makes me BAWL.
ReplyDeleteI am a crier. I cannot even lie and say it doesn't happen often, because it does. It is worse when I am PMSing. I remember a Hallmark commercial that made me bawl was one where the neighbor across the street put a card in the mailbox of the elderly woman who lived alone. *cue tears*
ReplyDeleteGirl - I cry everytime I was SYTTD. I am super overemotional too, it's okay though. LOL
ReplyDeleteI a huge crier! Big time, cry about everything that's happy, sad, wonderful, awful, EV-ER-Y-THING. The Ellen Show, practically every day? Alligator tears, cue 'em. She's just so amazing.
ReplyDeleteAnd this video ~ WOW!!!
I tear up at everything too. I cannot watch certain things... mainly animal shows...because I'll start sobbing hysterically! I'll try to fight the tears sometimes but it doesn't always work. I stress cry because it helps to relieve my stress, weird I know. and the video...that definietly brought the tears!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful video. Thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteI have learned to embrace the crying... Seems like the older I get, the more I have to cry about. Something sad reminds me of something else sad even.
ReplyDelete(enter long crying fit)
I used to deny the tears, and never cried, but being true and genuine is much healthier. I feel peace knowing I can express myself, even if it nearly gives my husband a heart attack.
Just good to know I'm not alone.
